Common Questions

Can I choose the music?

Absolutely! You’ll have the option to provide us your must-play songs and also your do-not-play songs. We will carefully look over the list and play your songs along with similar songs and genres throughout the night. We are experts in creating the perfect blend in playing the music you like and having everyone dance!

Do the musicians go out to the dance floor?

Xentric musicians are one-of-a-kind! Yes, our musicians go out on to the dance floor and interact with the crowd to an amazing Xperience!

How many breaks do you need?

✦ One 20 min break during dinner. During this break, dinner music will be played (Spotify playlists are also accepted)
✦ One 10 min break for musicians (after 1 hour of performance) DJ will remain playing. Music is always continuous so the party never stops!

Can you MC my event?

Yes! Your DJ will also serve as your MC for any special announcements and introductions at no additional cost!

What kind of attire will the performers wear for my event?

Our performers wear professional attire to fit different styles, such as high fashion, or formal wear including tuxedos, suits, gowns, or cocktail dresses. In our discovery call we will coordinate attire! (Theme-specific and/or event-specific attire can also be coordinated)

How do I reserve my date?

The first step is to If your date is open, we will schedule a call to discover your vision for the event. A 50% deposit and signed agreement is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event date.

You’ll get access to our easy-to-use planning portal where you can select songs for key moments like your ceremony, first dance, introductions, and more, plus share inspiration and special requests.

Step 4: Timeline & Vendor Coordination

About a month before your wedding, we schedule a detailed planning call to finalize your timeline, coordinate with your planner and vendor team, and ensure every moment flows seamlessly.

Step 5: Final Check-In & Event Prep

The week of your wedding, we confirm all details, review logistics, and prepare your team so everything is locked in and stress-free.

Step 6: Showtime. Flawless Execution & Packed Dance Floor
